Delivery
Items will be delivered within 5 working days of your order being placed. This is subject to stock availability and Royal Mail fulfilment. We will contact you immediately in the unlikely event that there is an availability issue. We accept no responsibility for delays due to the Post Office/Royal Mail.
Postage
All items will be posted via Royal Mail First Class with proof of postage to give you peace of mind that all purchases are traceable and covered for or any loss/damage.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund policy provided that you notify us of your intention to return the goods within 5 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be given if goods are returned in unused condition with original packaging within 21 days of delivery.
